Winter Event Reminder

The sectional overnight lock-in is coming up this Friday night and we wanted to remind you of a few things:

• Pastor JT and Right hand will be providing the inspiration and elevation!
• We are inviting Ranger kids for the first time. Welcome boys!
• The snack team will be set up, so do extra chores and save up your money.
• We will be passing the hat for a commander stricken with cancer and running out of resources, please be generous.

Abstract: Wouldn’t it be great to be able to get away to the tropical islands any time you want without having to leave Ohio? Cincinnati Sectional Royal Rangers are going to ‘invade the islands’ at CoCo Key Water Resort, one of Ohio’s newest Indoor Water Resorts.

We’re offering a one-night Ranger Basics Course at the Solid Rock South campus, Tuesday evening, October 20th. Please pass this notice to your leadership team and encourage them to attend. It is time once again to make our way back to the beautiful camp at Heartland. We will have two days of fun and frivolity before we have to suffer the ravages of another Ohio winter. I look forward to seeing all my FCF brothers again. We will even have a chance to meet some prospective new members that may be coming in this spring.

Light for the Lost Banquet

Greetings to all Rangers
Once again that time of the year is fast approaching for the Light For the Lost banquet. It is being held at Solid Rock Church in Monroe, Ohio. The dinner starts at 7pm and should rap up about 9pm.

A number of Missionaries will be speaking with David Plake from Book of Hope joiningus this evening.

Last years event had a good turn out and the food was excellent. This year once again the Light for the Lost Chuck Wagon will be used to grill up some excellent beef, this will be accompanied with a baked potato and vegetables and a desert.

Sectional Pow Wow Addendum

Commanders,

We would like to invite the Ranger Kids to the Pow Wow this year. There is very little for them to do during the year so we thought they might enjoy camping a night with us. We know that Ranger Kids can be very unpredictable when it comes to being away from mom and dad. We would like to invite them out for Friday night and all day Saturday. We think they will be able to participate in most of the events on Saturday. They can stay as long as you would like them to on Saturday. It is up to each outpost. See attached addendum for details

2009 Greater Cincinnati Sectional Pow Wow

Abstract: The wait is over, it’s time for the Sectional Pow Wow. Dust off your flight suit (if you have one) and come enjoy a great week-end of camping, fellowship, and flight. There will be something for everyone to do. There will be rockets to launch, planes to fly and other activities throughout the week-end. This year Pow Wow will be at the Church of God Campground in Morrow Ohio. Commanders, begin now to plan for a great Pow Wow.
